Brett Wood - Managing Director

Working in the property industry for over 12 years in Australia, Asia and Europe has given Brett a great understanding of the needs of developers. His portfolio extends from Australia, through Asia, and into the UK and Europe.

Spending the last 5 years in the UK, he has built a substantial following through his “Insiders’ Tips and Tricks” newsletter. He is a prolific writer and is about to publish his first book on property called Set and Forget Property. Prior to coming to the UK Brett ran a successful mortgage company in Australia and was a board member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australasia.

James De Souza - Director of Property

James moved into property directly out of school at which time he began building his own portfolio, sourcing discounted off plan property which he could on-sell with little money in for his buyers. He soon realised the frustration of working with people with little money and decided to join YPC Wealth.

Since then James has been the driving force behind the acquisition of over £30 million of property around the UK.

Mick Rawlinson - Property Acquisitions - Northern Region

Mick is a resident of Lincolnshire and has been investing in property throughout parts of the North East and Midland areas of the UK for well over 10 years.

When he is not sourcing property for YPC Wealth he is a developer himself, and is definitely a great asset to have on the ground for our northern region of the UK.
